New Patients Are Welcome
We welcome children, teens, adults and seniors to our modern Kanata dental office. During your first
visit, our team will take the time to learn about your dental and medical history, discuss your
concerns and explain any recommended care. Your appointment may include an examination,
appropriate dental X-rays and a personalized treatment discussion, depending on your needs.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
• Your dental insurance information, if applicable
• A current list of medications and relevant medical information
• Any recent dental X-rays or records available from your previous dental office
• Information about your dental concerns, goals or questions
If you would like your previous records transferred, please contact our office and we will guide you
through the process.
Dental Insurance and Direct Billing
Silver 7 Dental offers direct billing to most dental insurance plans for your convenience. When
possible, we can submit your claim electronically and collect only the portion not covered by your
plan at the time of your appointment.
Dental insurance plans vary in coverage, limits, deductibles and frequency restrictions. Our team is
pleased to help you understand the information provided by your insurer; however, your insurance
agreement is between you and your insurance provider. Patients are responsible for any fees not paid
by their plan.
Please bring your current insurance information to each appointment and let us know about any
changes to your coverage.

Payment for the patient portion is generally due at the time treatment is provided. Before beginning
treatment, we will explain the recommended care and associated fees so you can make an informed

Dental Financing Options
We understand that some dental treatments require financial planning. Financing options may be
available to divide eligible treatment costs into manageable payments, including payment periods of
up to six months with no interest, subject to the financing provider's terms and approval.
Our team can explain the available options and help you determine which arrangement may suit your
treatment plan and budget.
Complimentary Dental Implant Consultation
Considering dental implants? Silver 7 Dental offers a complimentary dental implant consultation to
help you learn about possible tooth-replacement options. A complete clinical examination and
diagnostic imaging may be required before a final diagnosis, treatment plan or fee estimate can be
provided.
